One view of a counter-service store
Magnolia Synergy. Sales, labour, food cost, invoices and shift checklists brought onto one business date, and the weekly rhythm the store runs with it.
Case studies
Each study says what the problem was, what we built, how we built it, and what it measured, with every figure counted from our own records.
IRIS (Integrated Reasoning & Intelligence Steward) is our planning assistant. The scoping page saves your answers to your own computer as a file, then offers a link to email them to us.
The studies
Magnolia Synergy. Sales, labour, food cost, invoices and shift checklists brought onto one business date, and the weekly rhythm the store runs with it.
Magnolia BluePrint. One codebase and one static build for five hosts, a register that records every public claim with its evidence, and a publish that names its approval.
IRIS. A static prototype turned into a custom intake form: one definition for the questions and the document they produce, no required fields, and nothing sent until the person sends it.
Magnolia FieldSense. The design team's tokens and components brought in exactly as delivered, ten honest states in place of a missing value, and tests that catch drift either way.
Magnolia Synergy. Station checklists for one tablet shared by a whole shift: kept to the store's business day, saved in the order they were filled in, and closed once a lead approves them.
Magnolia Orrery. AI agents organised as a team: reviewed role definitions, one identity per run, signed work that names its ticket, and a record of every action.
Describe your systems, your reports and where the time goes on the IRIS scoping page. You keep a copy, and an engineer reads it before we talk.
