Privacy and Permissions

Magnolia Systems operates Magnolia Haven and the related brands. Where a page belongs to a different brand, that brand is named on the page. Our privacy notice, terms and sub-processor list apply to this site today.

Nothing you type. There is no account, no sign-in, no waitlist form and no intake route on any Haven page. On-page reflection choices stay in the current page's memory and are gone when you reload or leave.

An email address, a record that you confirmed you are an adult, which updates you asked for, and which version of the notice you were shown. It would not collect a date of birth, an identity document, biometrics, a manuscript, or anything about what you are interested in privately.

Community, creator and research updates would be independent choices. Choosing one would never select another, and withdrawing one would never silently change the rest. Private notes, reading history and any future research records are not used to select people for anything.

We do not claim end-to-end encryption or that staff cannot read stored data, because the architecture does not prove either. Discretion is a practice, not a guarantee that recognition is impossible. Where a limit is real, this page says so rather than implying more.

Because nothing is collected today, there is nothing to delete. When a waitlist exists it will carry its own withdrawal and deletion route that needs no account and no login.
