Consent, one purpose at a time
Sensor capture, station video, family sharing, demonstrations and AI training are separate choices. Nothing is bundled, and a no to one never costs a yes to another.
Magnolia FieldSense is built for minors from the first line. Every parent has their own account and gives consent purpose by purpose. Every clip is approved by a person and checked against that consent each time it is opened. And a withdrawal is honoured at the very next request.
Organization access, sources, and permissions are configured during onboarding.
Six commitments
Privacy in Magnolia FieldSense is not a settings page. It is how every record is stored, every clip is served and every recap is released.
Sensor capture, station video, family sharing, demonstrations and AI training are separate choices. Nothing is bundled, and a no to one never costs a yes to another.
Every grant is checked by a named privacy owner who did not collect it, and kept in append-only, tamper-evident records alongside the signed document.
Each clip opens through a link that lasts minutes, issued only after a consent check. Every check's answer is recorded, so the record shows who saw what.
No clip is shown to anyone until a person has approved it, and video is reviewed and shared with the audio removed.
Withdraw any purpose at any time. The next request is refused, and the clips, statistics and copies made from it are deleted within 15 days.
Players and parents choose, clip by clip, whether to share outside the team. Coaches share clips only inside the team workspace.
A named coach on every release
IRIS (Integrated Reasoning & Intelligence Steward) can draft, but it cannot send. Every note, recap and clip that reaches a player or a parent has been released by a named coach.
Stations, cameras and kit record what happened.
Each rep and clip is tied to a player and a moment.
Recaps, clip picks and goal notes, proposed only.
A named coach edits, signs and releases.
Sees their focus, goals and released clips.
Gets the coach-signed recap.
What we never measure
Magnolia FieldSense records practice. It does not judge health, predict injury or rank children, at any age or any tier.
Under the hood
For the legal terms that govern the Magnolia Systems websites, read the privacy notice.
Both parents get equal access on web and mobile, each from their own account. A player and a parent never share a login.
What parents seeShape the next review
Talk with Magnolia Systems about consent, retention and who sees what, before anything is recorded.
