A standing block of hours
Agreed in advance, typically 8 to 10 hours a week.
Fractional AI and automation architect
Many businesses need architecture decisions and automation work every week, but not a full-time hire. A Magnolia Systems architect works with you for a set number of hours each week, month by month, and keeps one plan for your systems, your data and your automation.
IRIS (Integrated Reasoning & Intelligence Steward) is our planning assistant. The scoping page saves your answers to your own computer as a file, then offers a link to email them to us.
Who it is for
What you get each month
Agreed in advance, typically 8 to 10 hours a week.
What is in flight, what is next, and what was decided and why.
Inside those hours: integrations, automations, reports and fixes.
At the end of each month: hours used, what was delivered, what is next.
Anything that changes your data, money or access is approved by a person on your side before it goes live.
How it starts
You complete the IRIS scoping page and send it to us.
We confirm your systems, priorities and the people who approve changes.
We set up access under a role you control. Vendor credentials stay in a vault in your own account.
The plan, the work and the monthly summary.
What changes the scope
The number of hours each week, the number of systems and locations involved, and whether the work is mostly advice or mostly building. Cost follows the hours agreed; we do not publish prices because no two scopes are the same.
Where it can lead
If the plan calls for a larger project — a modernization, a Copilot rollout, or a Magnolia Synergy product — the architect scopes it with you. You decide whether to take it on.
Tell us how the work runs today on the IRIS scoping page. You keep a copy.
