Workshops

Practical AI, taught on your own work.

Hands-on workshops for owners, managers and teams. Each session uses examples from the kind of work your people do every week, and ends with one or two changes you can make on Monday.

IRIS (Integrated Reasoning & Intelligence Steward) is our planning assistant. The scoping page saves your answers to your own computer as a file, then offers a link to email them to us.

Two formats

For your team, or hosted with a partner.

For your team

A private session for one business or one group of locations, on site or online. We agree the topics and examples with you in advance. Example topics: AI for multi-location operations — scheduling notes, supplier emails, checklists, and turning daily numbers into a short manager summary; and Microsoft 365 Copilot for your team — what it can see, what it cannot, and how to check its answers.

Hosted with a partner

A public session for small-business owners, organised with a chamber of commerce, an accounting firm or a franchise association. Example topic: practical AI for small-business owners — where AI saves time today, what to keep away from it, and how to start without buying anything new.

What every workshop includes

Exercises, a takeaway, and no sales pitch.

  • Exercises on realistic examples, not slides alone.
  • A short written takeaway: the steps covered and where to go next.
  • Clear guidance on what not to put into an AI tool.
  • No sales pitch inside the session.

What changes the scope

Attendees, sessions and tailoring.

The number of attendees, the number of sessions, on site or online, travel, and whether the material is tailored to your systems.

Plan a session.

Use the IRIS scoping page to tell us who would attend and what they work on. You keep a copy, and we reply with a proposed outline.
